Tasman and Mapua

I join our Mapua office with a wealth of experience and long and varied background in accounting and finance including being a business owner for over 20 years.

My accounting background started with seven years at West Yates (now Crowe Horwarth) where I began as an intermediate accountant and worked my way up to a senior business adviser working with a wide variety of business’s including management accountant for Post Production on the Lord of The Rings Trilogy, and specialising in multimillion vineyard developments.

I have also worked for Westpac as a Business Analyst and AMP as a Financial and Insurance advisor.

Twelve years ago I started my own practice in Wakefield and have a wide variety of clients throughout the Tasman region, including Mapua.  As a country girl and keen horse rider I have a particular fondness for rural and farming activities.

My husband and I have owned and operated a variety of business’s including a supermarket, industrial blasting and painting company, Adobe block manufacturing and supply, and have at times employed up to 60 staff, as a business owner I feel I can relate well to the challenges faced by my clients. 

I look forward to meeting and working with the clients of First Class Accounts here in Mapua and the greater Tasman area.  I appreciate your patience and support through the initial transition period.
